Designers introduce colourful jewellery for the occasion of love

Jewellery pieces inspired by the shape of the heart in colours of your loved one's choice is the perfect gift you can give this Valentine's Day, say experts.

"The perfect gift for your beloved can be a heart shaped diamond studded ring or a beautiful heart shaped pendant. All colours are loved by women. So, you can gift her favourite colour to bring a smile on her face," designer Alka Kumar of Aks Jewels said in a statement.

"You should always know the size of the ring of your beloved and the jewel he or she would love to wear. One can also gift a pair of diamond or gold earrings. Couple bands can also be a good option to express your emotions to each other on Valentine's," she added.

Designer Gursimran Chadha of Jagat Jewels says since women love the bling, a dazzling diamond bracelet or a cocktail ring on Valentine's Day is the best way to express your love.

"Bright colours are very much trending these days, but still red and pink have been favourite colours in terms of gifting on Valentine's or else you can choose to gift unusual and beautiful combinations of different colour stones in jewellery," said Chadha.
