Avinash, 31, a tractor driver was killed after his vehicle turned turtle in west Delhi's Narela area Saturday morning.
Three-year-old Mohammad Kaif died while his mother and maternal uncle were burnt after a tractor hit the bike they were riding in west Delhi's Aman Vihar area around 8 a.m. Friday, police said.
Tractor driver Rajesh Kumar, 26, was arrested for rash and negligent driving, police said.
