Two people from Jammu and Kashmir have been killed in Nepal earthquake, a source said here on Sunday.

Former minister and senior PDP leader Sardar Rangil Singh told IANS over phone from Delhi: "Sardar Sujan Singh and his son who belong to Bhor camp (Satwari) in Jammu have died in Nepal earthquake."

"The father and his son were running a Punjabi dhaba in Kathmandu," said Rangil Singh, also a leading transporter here.

Rangil Singh said he has reached Delhi and was trying to get their bodies from Nepal so that last rites could be performed at their ancestral village in Jammu.
