Actress Zooey Deschanel, who worked with singer and actor Justin Timberlake in the 3D computer-animated musical comedy film "Trolls", says she first met the singer-actor 10 years ago and he blew her away by his acting.
Deschanel talked about her "Trolls" co-star on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show".
When DeGeneres asked if she had meet Timberlake before, Deschanel said: "I had actually, we did a screen test together like ten years ago. I only knew his work as a singer at the time, and they were like, well Justin Timberlake's testing.
Deschanel added: "I was reading with a bunch of different actors, and they were like, Justin Timberlake's coming. Well I was like, I don't know what to expect because he's a singer. And I know he's a great singer. And then he came in and he blew me away. He was such a good actor. And I was like, come on."
The episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" featuring Deschanel will be aired on Tuesday in India on Romedy NOW.
