Actor Vaibhav Reddy, who awaits the release of Tamil horror-comedy "Hello Naan Pei Pesuren", says working in the film was thoroughly entertaining, but also physically exhausting.

"It isn't easy to work in a horror film, which usually requires a lot of hard work. Although I enjoyed working in 'Hello Naan...', I had to work harder than I usually do in other films," Vaibhav told IANS.

The film, directed by debutant S. Baskar, also stars Aishwarya Rajesh, Oviya and VTV Ganesh in important roles.

Explaining why it was tough working in the film, he said: "We had to imagine everything and act. It's easier when you react to something you see, but how do you act frightened when you don't actually see anything. We had to scream, run and fall down. All of this required lot of physical energy."

For his role, Vaibhav had to pick up a new accent.

"I had to familiarize myself with old Madras accent. I play a very interesting character that undergoes complete transformation in the second half. Even though this is the season of horror-comedies, I strongly feel film this film has something very different to offer," he said.

Produced by filmmaker Sundar C., the movie is gearing up for release in December.

Vaibhav also got to showcase his dancing prowess in this film.

"I haven't danced much in my films so far. However, this time I have this major dance episode with VTV Ganesh," he said, adding that the film may also be dubbed and released in Telugu.
