Brazil legend Zico has agreed to coach Qatari football club Al Gharafa.
The former Selecao and Flamengo star will travel to Qatar's capital, Doha, Saturday to sign a contract, Zico said on Facebook Thursday, reports Xinhua.
"I have reached an agreement with Al Gharafa, verbally and by e-mail, and my arrangements with the team are well underway," he said.
"I am enthused about the new challenge, but I would rather discuss it further once I have signed."
Zico has not coached since quitting Iraq's national team in November last year amid a dispute over late payment wages.
