Letters: SBI's welcome move

This refers to the front-page news report “SBI hikes home loan tenure to 30 years” (October 21).The State Bank of India’s decision to extend the tenure for repayment of home loans to 30 years will be welcomed by all middle class people in cities and large towns, who were neither able to take home loans because of high EMIs nor afford the high rentals for residential accommodation.
