In an apparent reference to BJP MP Yogi Adityanath, Yadav said, "There is one Baba who is mischievous. He is the one who keeps raking up issue of love jihad and conversion, while BJP is talking about reaching to the Mars. This indicate towards its dual character."
The chief minister was addressing a public meeting at Bakauli village, where he had come to lay the foundation stone of the district hospital.
Referring to law and order situation in the state, Yadav said that his government was making arrangement that police reach the spot within 15 to 20 minutes of the incident.
"Such system has been launched in Lucknow and Kanpur," he added.
The chief minister also targeted media.
He said the riots in other states do not find place on Television, whereas small incidents of UP were blown out of proportion.
