Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Friday urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to stop delivering what he called 'false promises' and to start delivering to the people of Bihar, especially the youth.
"Youths are angry, the prime minister is liar. They had promised two crores jobs for the youths but that were completely false. They should tell whether they have a youth leader in Bihar," tweeted Lalu after Prime Minister Modi had addressed a rally in Banka.
"Modi ji enough of talk of talks, show some action. Tell me the name of the plan that aims youth welfare? Speeches don't feed hungry bellies," he added.
Addressing his first rally in Bihar after declaration of the five-phased elections, Prime Minister Modi said the people of Bihar would celebrate two Diwalis this year - one after the poll results are out, while the other on the day of the festival itself.
