NDA gets 'A' grade from Amit Shah

On Thursday, BJP president Amit Shah released a long list of the "achievements" of the NDA govt on the completion of six months in office

Despite Prime Minister Narendra Modi reiterating how the time to evaluate the government he leads would be after its five-year tenure is complete, both his party and his colleagues have been eager to mark its monthly and three-monthly anniversaries.

On Thursday, Bharatiya Janata Party president Amit Shah released a long list of the "achievements" of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government on the completion of six months in office. As expected, there was no mention of the Modi government's inability to push through promised reforms in several sectors, like land and health.

Shah said the Modi-led NDA government completed six months on Wednesday and claimed the government's decisions had improved the life of the common man and laid the foundation for a stronger India.

Shah said the dispirited Congress party is busy demanding answers from the NDA government when it should look at its six-decade rule that had increased poverty and unemployment.
