Scindia attacks Chouhan

Union Minister of State for Power Jyotiraditya Scindia today attacked Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan over "non-payment" of compensation to farmers affected by unseasonal rains and hailstorm.

 

"Shivraj Singh Chouhan claims to be a well-wisher of farmers but so far no compensation has been given to them," Scindia said here after performing ground-breaking ceremony for five power sub-stations.

 

Scindia said he was ready to take to the streets for the cause of farmers.
