Prabhunath Bind (53) and Ramshiromani Bind, who had a longstanding dispute, clashed with each other this morning after which both the sides indulged in heavy brick batting, Circle Officer Jitendra Dubey said.
The nephew of Ramshiromani opened fire from his licensed gun, during which Prabhunath suffered serious injuries and later succumbed to his injuries at the community health centre, the CO said.
Prabhunath's wife and brother were injured in the scuffle. Besides, Ramshiromani was also injured.
All the three of them have been admitted to the nearby hospital, the CO added.
