Victim's father, a resident of Fatehpur Chandela, yesterday complained that his daughter was raped by his neighbour, Udham Singh, on April 30, police said.
While the girl was asleep, the accused entered her room easily as the door was not locked from inside and raped her. He also threatened her of dire consequences if she narrated the incident to anyone, they said.
An FIR has been registered under section 450 (house trespass in order to commit offence) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC and section 4 of the POCSO Act, they said.
