The duo -- identified as Pintu Kumar and Kala -- was among the accused in the murder of Suresh Kumar of Langreyal area in R S Pura border belt of Jammu district, a police officer said.
The accused had been evading arrest and went underground since the murder in January this year.
A special investigating team (SIT) was constituted for the arrest of all the accused, he said, adding that the SIT carried out a series of raids in different places.
A hunt for the remaining accused is on.
