During a special checking, Gurwinder Singh was arrested with 300 grams narcotic powder while 20 grams heroin was recovered from Balwinder Singh, police said.
The arrested persons are residents of Moga district, they said.
They have been booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, police added.
