2 labourers dead, 10 critically injured as house collapses

The incident took place at Sector 88 in the Greater Faridabad area, they said.

During the ongoing rescue operation, 12 labourers were pulled out of the debris and rushed to the nearby Badshah Khan Government Hospital.

While two were declared dead on arrival, the injured are still undergoing treatment, they said.

The district town planner has been called and large number of police personnel have also been pressed into the ongoing rescue operation.

District Police Commissioner Shatrujit Kapur, several administration officials and politicians also visited the accident site to take stock of the situation, they said.
