2 policemen shot dead in Pakistan's Quetta

In a third such incident, two policemen were shot dead in Quetta city in the restive Balochistan province of Pakistan, police have said.
Police officials said the two cops were killed while on duty in Quetta's Satellite Town area late last evening.
"Sub inspectors Fazalur Rehman and Hafeezullah were patrolling on a motorcycle when attacked just before Iftaar by armed men," a police official said.
Rehman was killed on the spot, while Hafeezullah succumbed to the injuries on way to the hospital.
The assailants escaped unhurt from the scene.
This is the third incident in Quetta in recent times when armed men have targeted on duty policemen.

In the two earlier incidents eight policemen were killed and till now there has been no claim of responsibility for the attacks.
