The labourers, hailing from Lalpura-Shikhan village of Sriganganagar, were going to Suratgarh's army area when the mishap took place in the morning as the fog was blinding the region, police said.
Seven seriously injured persons were rushed to a government hospital in Sriganganagar and 15 were admitted to Suratgarh's government hospital, police said.
Driver of the truck fled from the spot leaving the truck.
