Kennedy and Elwin from Congo and Subir, a resident of Tripura, were running a call centre in sector 63 here on a rented accommodation, however since last few months they had not paid their rent, they said.
On Saturday, the accused reached the company and tried to take away the server from the company and when the guards objected to it, they assaulted them, they said.
All three were arrested today from Nehru Place market in Delhi by Noida police.
Both the foreigners, living in India since over 18 months, have engineering degree and were doing hardware engineering course at Delhi academy at Janak Puri, police said.
The two could not produce their passport before the police. One claimed that his passport was laying at some embassy as he was to go to that country and the other claimed that it was laying at their house at Sri Niwas Puri in Delhi where they are living, police said.
The three had taken a premises from Indirapuram resident S Upadhya who runs a software company at sector 63 on lease to run the call centre they said.
After few months the company went in losses and they were not able to pay the rent following which a dispute arose between the company and the owner, they said.
According to police, they found through CCTV footage that the accused had forcibaly taken the server and had assaulted the guards too. Software company's data too was stolen, they said.
The case is being investigated, they added.
