3 killed, 4 injured in road accident in Mau

A two-year-old child and two women were killed and four other women injured Tuesday when a SUV hit them while overtaking a bus in Muhammadabad Gohna area here, police said.

Chandni (2), Neha (27) and Shyamadevi (60) were killed on the spot while the four injured women were rushed to a hospital where their condition was stated to be stable, police said.

The accused SUV driver has been detained, they said.
