The delegation members are Sohan Singh Thandal, Surjit Singh Rakhra, both cabinet ministers and MP Balwinder Singh Bhundar.
This high-level delegation of the party has reached America to assess and identify the problems of the Punjabi diaspora living there and to suggest remedial measures to the party high command to resolve and mitigate their woes, a SAD spokesperson said.
During their stay in America, the delegation will participate in various public interaction programmes slated to be organised by the Punjabi diaspora.
The report would be put up before the party high command, he said.
The spokesperson further said this delegation will also attend such meetings in Chicago and different places in the State of California.
After this, the delegation will go to Canada to understand problems of Punjabi people living there, he said.
