4 arrested after under-construction building collapses

The Cyberabad Police here arrested four persons in connection with the collapse of an under-construction building in which 11 people lost their lives.
The arrested persons include the owner of the building, his two sons, the mason and the civil engineer who drew the plan for the structure, Cyberabad Police said in a release today.
They were arrested yesterday on charges, including causing death by negligence, it said.
Eleven people were killed while two others were rescued after the under-construction building collapsed at Nanakramguda in Cyberabad zone last week.
