407 cases settled in Jammu Lok Adalat

Over 400 cases were settled today at a Lok Adalat held in the District Court Complex premises here, an official spokesman said.

Eight benches took up a total of 422 cases, out of which 407 were disposed off, the spokesman said.

He said an amount of Rs 10,274,603 was settled in the Lok Adalat which was held under the Chairmanship of Principal District and Sessions Judge Vinod Chatterji Koul who is also the Chairman of District Legal Services Authority, Jammu.
