Replying to a question from National Conference member Shenaz Ganai in the Legislative Council here, Minister of State for Roads and Buildings, Sajjad Ahmad Kichloo, said that under PMGSY, 494 schemes at an estimated cost of Rs 1463.20 crore were sanctioned during last three years.
Apart from this, 499 schemes at an estimated cost of Rs 1410.99 crore and 19 schemes at an estimated Rs 223.49 crore were sanctioned under NABARD and CRF (Central Road Fund) respectively in the last three years, he said.
In schemes under CRF, the government has incurred an expenditure of 79.92 crore, which is nearly 36 per cent of the estimated cost.
