Speaking at a programme at Badri village in Gumla district, Das said women would be given Rs 4 lakh loan for self-employment under Jawhar Yozana, an official release said quoting Das.
The state government will set up four processing plants for apiculture and provide Rs 3000 to tribal people and the poor to produce honey, he said.
The chief minister said a company from Japan would come to Jharkhand to train the youth so that they get jobs.
He said the tribal people should be aware that education alone is the panacea for development.
