Karam Veer (26), a resident of Jhajjar district of Haryana, is an active member of Kartar Singh gang in the state. He has been evading arrest for the last two years and was held on March 15.
Police said that he is accused of killing a member of his rival gang in December 2012.
"We got information that Karam Veer, who was evading arrest for the last two years in the 2012 murder case, was coming towards DDA flats in Lado Sarai to meet his relative on March 15. Police laid a trap and arrested him," a senior police officer said.
