"Notices have been served on S V Veeraiah, TDP MLA from Sathupally in Khammam district and MLC nominee Vem Narendar Reddy seeking their appearance as part of questioning in the case," an ACB officer said today.
Vem Narender Reddy had unsuccessfully contested the Telangana Legislative Council polls held on June 1.
As part of the notices, that were served last night they were asked to appear before the probe agency within 24 hours.
On May 31, Telangana TDP MLA Revanth Reddy was caught by ACB along with Bishop Harry Sebastian and R Uday Simha while paying an alleged bribe of Rs 50 lakh to Elvis Stephenson, a nominated MLA for supporting the TDP nominee in Legislative Council elections on June 1.
