"Our government is most democratic and liberal in which people are free to raise their voice and air their problems. I want everyone to compare my work with other governments. Due to our developmental agenda, Opposition parties in the state are either out of network of offline," Yadav said.
Talking to reporters here Yadav said his government has given its officers "freedom" to work though at times "strictness" is necessary. "But at times honour and respect works more than strictness," he said.
Claiming that a lot of work was done for improving the power scenario in the state, Yadav said, "Had previous governments done a good job, I would have ensured 24 hours power supply in the state."
"If I get the blessing of the people again, I will make electricity available 24 hours a day in the state," he added.
Attacking BJP for its "acche din" slogan, without naming it, Yadav said, "Can they face people and say acche din have come?"
Those (BSP) who were engaged in constructing memorials and statutes are now talking of development, he said.
"I am glad their language has changed and they are now talking of development. They have made memorials but no one goes there," he said.
Countering the Opposition attack over law and order, Yadav said they can not target the government on development so they were raising the issue of alleged bad law and order.
"Officers, and I personally, will monitor the situation. Dial 100 will improve the situation and police will be able to reach the spot of crime within 10 to 15 minutes," he said.
On the sting operation in West Bengal which purportedly showed some TMC members taking bribes, Yadav said "such stings, do come during polls but ultimately the work done by government matters and people vote for it."
On the occasion "Samajwadi Sugandh", which is collection of a number of perfumes, was also launched by the CM.
