A celebratory gig last evening at the Hard Rock Cafe in Gurgaon saw a large group of fans turning up to congratulate the group.
Formed in the year 2000, the band comprises vocalist Prithwish Dev, guitarist Joseph Lalhmachhuana, Akshay Raheja on keys and drummer Surojit Dev.
The evening drew huge support from the industry with several band artists coming up on stage to perform with the veterans and share their memories.
The Delhi-based quartet that last dropped two singles in 2013 namely, "Mediocre" and "Speak when I'm gone" is now working on a brand new album which is still in its initial stage. The songs are being worked on extensively with a message attached to each.
"We are working on new material as well but what we have tried to do is, from the older catalogue we have dug out some from the archives. So in this will show you will witness a melange of old and new stuff," Surojit Dev told PTI.
"In terms of the next step, the intent is to release an album. We are taking each song as it comes to us naturally and we are trying to put a message and everything, so when we put, lets say ten or twelve tracks together is when we will look at the overall packaging and release it," Dev said.
The band is also working on a soundtrack with Bollywood director Sanjay Gupta for an upcoming project.
"We are working on a soundtrack with Sanjay Gupta, but it's too early to reveal what exactly it is. We have just started working on it so there's not much to say," Dev said.
