He said stitching centres would be opened at block level to make women self-employed.
The chief minister, who was addressing a public meeting at Karnal, said the state government aims undertake as much development in villages as possible so that people would not have to go to cities for their works.
About 350 services were being provided by the state government, but people do not know about all of them. For this, 'Antyodaya Karyalaya' would be opened, he said.
