Responding to a zero hour discussion initiated by BJP member Tage Taki, Tuki gave a year-wise break-up of the amount.
He said the state government received Rs 14.88 crore in 2005-2006, Rs 40.72 crore in 2006-2007, Rs 347.20 crore in 2007-2008, Rs 519.62 crore in 2008-2009, Rs 229.16 crore in 2009-2010 and Rs 181 crore in 2010-2011.
Besides, the state got Rs 56.24 crore in 2011-2012, Rs 1.49 crore in 2012-2013, Rs 53.23 crore in 2013-2014 and Rs 52.03 crore in 2014-2015.
Tuki further informed that MoUs and MoAs were signed with 159 companies, including central PSUs and private companies, to execute power projects in the state with installed capacities of 46,938.02 mega watt.
The Chief Minister said 11 projects have been withdrawn for non-compliance of the MoU and MoA of which four projects have been re-issued after clearing all issues.
Earlier, responding to a question by Tage Taki during question hour, Tuki informed that an amount of Rs 51 crore was spent for restoration of mini and micro hydel projects in the state and works were in progress.
Replying to another supplementary raised by BJP Opposition Leader Tamiyo Taga on restoration of 2 MW Midpung hydel project which remained defunct, the Chief Minister said work would be completed soon.
When independent MLA Paknga Bage pointed out that seven out of eight hydel projects in Upper Subansiri district were lying defunct, the CM informed that there were about 116 mini and micro hydel projects functioning in the state with power generation capacity of 52.12 MW, while rest of the projects were under different stages of implementation.
