The clashes were witnessed in Anantnag, Pulwama, Shopian and Kulgam districts during the past few days, a police spokesman said, adding about 192 persons were injured in them.
All the four districts fall in south Kashmir.
As many as 103 vehicles, including 35 of police, 45 of CRPF and three state government vehicles apart from 18 private cars and two tourist vehicles were damaged in stone pelting in these districts, he said.
