The session will comprise simple asanas, pranayama and meditation for one hour from 6.30 AM in which 5,000 people from different walks of life are expected to participate, Anand Purushottaman, Apex Body Member of the Foundation, Tamil Nadu unit, told reporters here today.
Care has been taken to ensure that the experience of yoga reached everyone who participate at the Race Course Walkers Path, which will be divided into bays, where 25 people will be slotted with a dedicated instructor guiding them, he said.
Moreover, the foundation is also offering a course for the students of 9th standard to 12 standard to ease their stress during the examinations.
