Arup Sinha takes over as IndianOil ED-Regional Services, South

: State owned-IndianOil Thursday said Arup Sinha has been appointed as its Executive Director - Regional Services, Southern Region.

Prior to taking up the new responsibility, Sinha was serving the oil major as Chief General Manager, Human Resources department, Mumbai.

Sinha would also be the Regional in-charge for areas including human resources, finance, product logistics, contracts, safety and security, aviation and quality control, the company said in a statement.

He would also function as the Regional Level Coordinator for oil and gas industry for the southern states, it said.

An alumni of University of Lucknow, Sinha has over three decades of experience in the petroleum sector across operations, aviation expansion of retail network and institutional businesses.

He has made critical contributions in the recruitment and training processes in IndianOil including e-learning platform for the employees of the oil major, the statement said.
