Ascendas-Singbridge appoints Sanjay Dutt as India CEO

Singapore-based Ascendas- Singbridge Group today announced the appointment of Sanjay Dutt as Chief Executive Officer for its India operations.
Ascendas-Singbridge India focuses on development of IT parks, industrial and logistics parks, business parks, hi-tech facilities, offices and integrated developments. It has about 10 million sq ft of assets under management valued at Singapore dollar 1.9 billion.
The company announced "appointment of Sanjay Dutt as Chief Executive Officer for its India operations, with effect from 1 August, 2016".
Dutt has resigned from the post of Managing Director (MD) of property consultant Cushman & Wakefield India. Last month, Cushman & Wakefield had announced appointment of Anshul Jain as Managing Director for India, with effect from July 1, 2016.
Dutt will succeed Lee Fu Nyap, who is relocating to Ascendas-Singbridge's headquarters in Singapore.
With over 22 years of experience in the realty business in India, Dutt in his new role will lead the group's India operations through its next phase of growth and development.
Headquartered in Singapore, Ascendas-Singbridge has projects in 29 cities across 10 countries in Asia, including Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Singapore and South Korea.
