Over 800 police personnel have been deputed to maintain law and order in the tiny village, which witnessed stone pelting between the two communities yesterday.
According to sources, the yesterday's clash erupted after some unidentified men pelted stones at women participating in evening prayers at a temple.
SHO Preetpal also said that paramilitary forces are also on the way and they will also be deployed to maintain peace.
Out of these four FIRs, three were registered on the basis complaint filed by the minority community while one was on the basis of complaint lodged by the majority section of the community, the SHO said.
During the day, MLA Tekchand Sharma visited the affected village and talked to the seniors of both the communities.
He called upon the people of both the communities to restore peace.
In another development, the case on the ownership of the disputed site in Atali village was adjourned to July 10, counsel Suresh Kaliraman said.
