"In my opinion, as per the constitution of India the autonomy is already given under Article 370 (to J&K) and Congress party says that Article 370 should not be abolished and it will be forever," Soz told reporters on the sidelines of his public rally at Kathua today.
He was responding to a volley of questions about the demand of Congress's coalition partner National Conference (NC) about grant of greater autonomy and removal of AFSPA.
While talking about the removal of AFSPA, he said that there are some stake holders in the issue which includes the Army, Para Military Forces.
