The Chief Minister said that the wheat procurement in the state was going on in a hassle free manner.
Refuting the allegations levelled by opposition parties, he claimed that the procurement was going on in a transparent manner adding that state government has made elaborate arrangements to ensure smooth and prompt procurement of wheat crop in mandis.
Addressing a gathering, the Chief Minister said that Punjab has a glorious cultural heritage and the need of the hour was to perpetuate it amongst our younger generations.
He said that every Punjabi must come forward to promote the ethos of Punjab, Punjabi and Punjabiat so that youngsters could be made aware of this rich cultural legacy of the state.
