Yadav, who was in the steel city today, said the Nitish Kumar-led grand alliance government in Bihar was marching on the path of development under "Bihar Vikas Mission to ensure all round development in the next five years."
"We will involve professionals, experts, retired IAS and IPS officers and others to achieve the target," he said.
Refuting allegations of 'Jungle Raj' prevailing in Bihar, Yadav, said they were "baseless and are negative campaign by the BJP and its allies."
"But, what is happening in Jharkhand? A rape victim is being raped in the hospital in Jamshedpur and murders are taking place in front of police stations in the state capital," he alleged.
"The Jharkhand government has failed to carry out infrastructure development, which had plenty of opportunities for growth. Road connectivity also needs to be developed," Yadav, who reached here from Ranchi, said.
Referring to the package announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the run up for the state Assembly elections, he said it was mere repackaging.
Attacking the Jharkhand government for failing to deliver, Yadav said the people of Jharkhand have responded to the state government in the Lohardaga by-elections and the opposition parties would put up a united face like Bihar in Godda, where by-election was to due in the next few months.
"We have lost the last Assembly elections in Jharkhand because we were not united," he admitted.
"If a grand alliance can be experimented successfully in Bihar, than why not in Jharkhand?" Yadav said claiming Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad were making efforts to bring all secular forces under one roof and oust the BJP.
