"Chandra Mohan Patowary is a valueless person and a person without morality. In the coming Lok Sabha election, he will be in fourth or fifth position," Deka said.
Patowary has joined BJP last week and will contest the election from Barpeta constituency on BJP ticket.
Attending a party workers' meet, Deka criticised Patowary saying he has changed the party at this time leaving aside all the assurances, promises and regionalism of AGP.
Choudhury is an AGP MLA representing Bongaigaon.
On AIUDF MLA Sirajuddin Ajmal, who is contesting the Lok Sabha poll from Barpeta, Deka said the party was a "communal one like the BJP" and they should not get votes.
"The AIUDF candidate Ajmal does not know how to speak Assamese. Then how can he talk to the people of Barpeta?" Deka asked.
