Booth management will be one of the key factors in winning elections, according to Delhi BJP President Dr Harsh Vardhan who today called upon party workers to ensure that people have no difficulty in casting their votes for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.
"The party which successfully manages the booth, wins the elections. Hence on the day of polling, the objective of every worker and the candidates should be taking the voters to the polling booth and help in casting their votes. These elections are historical. Delhi BJP has to create a new history" Vardhan said.
Constant public contact, holding meetings, taking part in celebration and sorrows of every section of society, continuous contact with new voters and working honestly will help the party win the election, said Vardhan while addressing a booth management training workshop here.
"If a person is not honest then he is exposed soon. Good behavior and easy availability are also necessary. We should overcome the shortcomings due to which we are suffering," he said.
He said that the social and political atmosphere is completely in favour of BJP and "we should take a vow to win all the 11763 booths of Delhi."
Organizational General Secretary Vijay Sharma said 'Namo Chaupal' will be organized at every booth in every Lok Sabha Constituency from 8am to 12 Noon on March 23 and Delhi BJP will initiate door to door campaign March 31.
"Our workers are our strength. We have to include new workers, respect the old workers. We should not leave any polling booth unattended and keep active contact with women, youth, new voters, booth palak and booth convener at every booth. We should go to the people with commitment to solve the problems of Delhi," said National Executive Member Jai Prakash Aggarwal.
