He was reacting to the decision of the government to cancel all the labour and transportation tenders issued during the erstwhile Badal regime for the upcoming wheat procurement season.
Mann alleged that in the last wheat procurement season, farmers had to face a lot of hardships due to rampant corruption in the system.
He also welcomed directions of the Chief Minister for all out efforts by the officers to ensure timely and full procurement of every single grain of wheat from the farmers, who had suffered a harrowing time last year as a result of the "ill-conceived agricultural policy of the erstwhile SAD-BJP regime".
"We have been supporting Amarinder since 2000 because we feel that his governance skills are necessary for eliminating rot in the system," Mann added.
