After rejuvenating hope among their fans with their comeback album, the legendary rock group Black Sabbath are considering to put an end to their musical journey.
The Band members, which include Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler, aren't committing to a follow-up after releasing their album which have been produced at a gap of 18 years from the last album, reported Contactmusic.
"To me, it's been nicely rounded off now. If we did another album, it just wouldn't have the same vibe as far as I'm concerned. And with this one doing so well, the next one would have to be number one everywhere too or people would see it as a failure," said Butler.
65-year-old Ozzy Osbourne insisted he would not make promises about a new record because fans waited so long between 13 and 1995's Forbidden albums.
"We'll see what happens. We made promises about another album 15 or 20 years ago and it took this long for it to come out. I don't think you'll see another one in 20 years, put it that way," he explained to Classic Rock magazine.
The group also revealed they thoroughly enjoyed working on 13 and would be content with calling it a day after that experience.
"Making 13 was such a great, memorable experience, so if that's the final chapter, we'd have to be happy," said Iommi.
"We've not spoken about [another album]. I don't know if it would be the right thing to do. God knows what the expectations would be next time around ... I'd probably have a heart attack worrying about it!" he added.
