Boy's parents accuses police of harassment
Chamba district Narendra and his wife Lata Devi said their 8-year-old son came in contact with loose high voltage wires in village Makru on March 18.
The doctor amputated both his arms to save life, they said adding a case was lodged in the matter on March 18.
The couple claimed that they were being threatened by policemen to change their statement in the case.
