A complaint case has been filed here against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for allegedly hurting the sentiments with his remarks in Seoul that people earlier used to think that they have born in India because of some sin committed in their past life.
The case has been filed by an RTI activist, Sandeep Shukla in the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Meena Shrivastava.
Shukla said he had watched the Prime Minister's speech in Seoul on television and was hurt by what he said, therefore, filed the complaint.
Shukla said he has also submitted a video clip of the speech to the court as a piece of evidence.
The court has fixed June 10 as the date for hearing, he said.
