Chef-entrepreneur introduces European cuisine

Having shared special bonding with celebs from tinsel world, apart from other walks of life, celebrity chef-entrepreneur Anjan Chatterjee gets feedback from superstar Mithun Chakroborty and Prosenjit Chatterjee about his gastronomical ventures.
Having assembled all these leading stars and other celebs at the opening of the new Parisian bistro here, the Cafe Mezzunian owner got their feedback for its typical European dishes, introduced for the first time here - imparting authentic Italian, Mediterranean, Spanish and French touch to different cuisine.
"The cafe, with its live band music studded with metallic, loud rock beats and reggae, recreated an all European bistro touch for the Kolkata foodie who can savour the true Italian pizza as the first ever experience and it was Anjan Chatterjee's brainchild who discovered the same roadside cafe in places like Paris," the spokesman said.

"From Kolkata to Mumbai, I had often been to Anjan's place and his cuisine has the undiluted original taste. He is a dear friend of me and Arpita (Chatterjee)," Prosenjit had said about Anjan, the national Mainland China chain founder, earlier.
