The court of chief judicial magistrate Indranil Chatterjee had earlier rejected a charge sheet in the case last month for being incomplete.
After CID submitted the fresh charge sheet, the CJM said it would be heard in the presence of the CID investigating officer and the complainant.
The court had rejected first charge sheet submitted by the investigating agency on March 12 and, after five days, ordered CID to investigate the case afresh and submit a complete charge sheet.
In the charge sheet filed on March 12, CID had accused an SI Kartik Mohan Ghosh and three constables of torturing Haitunnesha Bibi at her parents' house at nearby Kalamdanga village.
Bibi is the relative of a local BJP activist wanted by the police in connection with a bomb attack on a Trinamool Congress worker.
