After overnight stay on the hills, he would again worship the Lord tomorrow morning, temple sources told PTI.
The CJI, who is to retire on September 27 after a brief five-month tenure, and his family spent about 20 minutes in the temple and were presented with holy laddu prasadam, sacred water and a photo of Lord Venkateswara by the temple management.
