The maximum temperature rose by three degrees to stay at 33.4 deg Celsius at Una, which was hottest in the state, while Sundernagar and Bhuntar recorded a high of 28.6 deg and 28.0 deg, followed by Nahan 27.5 deg, Solan 25.0 deg, Dharamsala 24.6 deg and Kalpa 16.5 deg C respectively.
The state capital Shimla remained partially overcast, with the strong velocity wings lashing the town.
Meanwhile, Keylong in tribal Lahaul and Spiti district was the only place where mercury stayed below freezing point at minus 2.3 deg C.
The local MeT office has predicted rains, thunderstorm or snow at some places in the state during the next 48 hours.
