Congress workers stop trains in protest

Congress workers today stopped trains in Lucknow as part of their state-wide 'rail roko, rasta roko' agitation against "overall failure" of the Central and Uttar Pradesh government.
"Led by state president Nirmal Khatri trains were stopped at three points for 15 minutes in Lucknow, including the railway station," Congress spokesman Virendra Madan said.
"This agitation is being held in all the districts of the state," he added.
The agitation will continue till 2 PM, he said.
